The 13th Annual Health Workforce Research Conference, hosted by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), will be held May 4-5, 2017, in the Washington, DC, area, preceded by optional pre-conference sessions on state issues on May 3. The theme of this year’s conference is Working Together for Health: Aligning the Health Workforce with Population Needs.

The AAMC Health Workforce Research Conference is the premier opportunity for researchers, educators, and policymakers to meet and discuss state and federal workforce issues.

 In addition, the 13th Annual AAMC Health Workforce Research Conference will include an expanded selection of breakout sessions featuring research and findings from health workforce researchers from across the nation and around the world. Session topics include:
